There has never been a better time to focus on what remains the most critical question facing many organizations both big and small - how do you make money?  A business model is nothing else than a detailed representation of how this process works.   In today's complex and changing marketplace, how do you ensure that your team is creatively designing alternative business models to achieve competitive advantage?

Join us for this hands-on workshop led by renowned business model designer Alexander Osterwalder to learn his simple but powerful and systematic approach that allows you to rapidly prototype new business models.  In this session you will learn how to use a series of business model “building blocks” to construct a "business model canvas."  In this interactive session, participants will construct their own business model based on a business scenario, which will be chosen during the workshop.
