In this session you will learn how to use a series of business model “building blocks” to construct a "business model canvas." In this interactive session, participants will construct their own business model based on a business scenario, which will be chosen during the workshop.

A leading thinker on business model design, Alex is best known for his work with clients in the private banking sector in his role as Managing Partner at
Arvetica, a strategic management-consulting firm based in Geneva.
Alex has developed worldwide recognition for his advancement of business model ideas related to innovation which he regularly contributes through his blog
http://business-model-design.blogspot.com. He is also currently working on a book on business model innovation with Prof. Yves Pigneur of the University of Lausanne. He holds a PhD and Masters degree from the HEC Business School of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
